The housing site of the project was strategically located at one of the edges of a golf course within the overall master plan with a high FAR. The plan was shaped in an elliptical form with staggered 100m tall towers which allowed view to the golf course for most of the apartments. The towers were designed as six apartments to a core with a mix of 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK and pent houses at the top. Group housing with a height of 25m was proposed overlooking a central green space with open cores over a podium.

The towers had the view of the large golf greens whereas the group housing had the view of the inner central green space. This variety of massing helped in creating visual interest as well as openness within a dense urban scenario.
