Twin Towers Luxury Housing

The site skirts a lush green golf course - a visual delight with long views. The challenge was in the layout of the 100m tall, high-rise residential towers as the site was 650m long with a varying width of 45-70m.

The entry to the site provided for common public functions like the club, recreational greens and the commercial hub. The residential towers were conceived as ‘twin towers with a framed void’ which created community spaces at the upper levels. The site's long length was explored as an experiential journey to the three twin towers pod and ease of construction phasing.

The luxury residential towers, three apartments to a core were designed with a personal lift to each apartment with curvilinear balconies overlooking the golf course. The front apartments were shaped in an elliptical form making the tower look slender and tall, while the side apartments joined to create a frame to see the sky from the ground.
