Post Deco Residence
A residence for a single family in the Lutyens Bungalow Zone of Delhi, the project aims to fit contextually within its environs - surrounded by modernist art-deco buildings of post - independence Delhi. The family are consummate art collectors and the walls of the house were placed to allow art pieces strategically while allowing a lot of natural light into the inside. The horizontal floor lines of the surrounding elevations were punctuated by double height glazings which make the interiors feel warm and beautiful.
